Individual Coaching

ScreenHunter_152 Apr. 30 11.41The gifts of ongoing coaching work, in person or on the phone, are numerous:

  • to be in an ongoing transformative process
  • being held accountable
  • being supported thru the rough spots in life
  • making the unconscious conscious which gives choice and freedom
  • opening the heart to truly love
  • being supported to take action and move out of holding patterns
  • to open up to success and abundance
  • to clear up relationship issues within
  • guidance and support in parenting

Inner work on a regular basis is an amazing journey and enriches life tremendously. It is as if life changes from black and white to the colors of the rainbow. For coaches and other facilitators this is especially important to keep their own transformation process alive.

Love After Love

The time will come
when, with elation
you will greet yourself arriving
at your own door, in your own mirror
and each will smile at the other’s welcome,

and say, sit here. Eat.
You will love again the stranger who was your self.
Give wine. Give bread. Give back your heart
to itself, to the stranger who has loved you

all your life, whom you ignored
for another, who knows you by heart.
Take down the love letters from the bookshelf,

the photographs, the desperate notes,
peel your own image from the mirror.
Sit. Feast on your life.

“My work with Michael and Neelama has allowed me to focus on the present moment and the people that matter most to me. They have guided me through challenging times in both personal and work relationships. Most of all, I have learned how to focus on the health and wellness of the most important person in my life – myself!”
